Fresh Almond Milk
Soak 1 cup Organic Almonds overnight in 3-4 cups clean water (not city water). Pour off soaking water, add 3-4 cups more pure, clean water and blend thoroughly.
Save the pulp for muffins or dehydrated crackers. Ad a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt. To make a shake, add natural vanilla, stevia or xylitol. Add a banana or other fruit and blend.
